I genuinely want customers to feel as confident as I do, in that when I'm working on your house, it is being taken care of the right way the first time, and that my services will be of good value to you. Your home is an investment, it's a safe space that you provide for your family, "your castle", if you will. You want to protect that and you should feel comfortable with whomever is working on it for you.
By "doing it right the first time", it's a rare instance that I ever have to go back to repair anything that I did. I work on your home as if it's my own home, and I want my home repairs to last. If there are ever any exclusions in my warranty, it will be noted on your quote. For example, when I hang a new door or repair a door that's not shutting properly, generally in the greater Wichita area, it's due to the house settling and moving, which is not something I can warranty. However, I will discuss that with you prior to starting the work, and explain the best solution that will allow for the door to remain fixed for a longer period of time.
