This Privacy Policy (herein referred to as “Policy”) explains how Eagle Eye Home Services LLC (herein referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes Personal Data that we collect from you (herein referred to as the “Subscriber”, "you", or "your") as a Controller.

(ii) “Terms” means the binding contract between the Company and Subscriber that governs the Subscriber's access and use of the Service(s).
2. Data Collection.
The Subscriber directly provides the Company with most of the data we collect. The Company
collects Personal Data from the Subscriber from the following sources:
From our website when you fill out our form to request an estimate/quote, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.
The Company collects Personal Information that you voluntarily give or have given through some
other direct contact from you. When you access our website, we may also passively or automatically collect additional Personal Information and non-personally identifiable data regarding the means you use to access our website and the content you view when you use our website.
3. Processing of Personal Data.
(a) The Company processes the Subscriber’s Personal Data to personalize the user's experience and
to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested, to
process estimates/quotes, to improve our website in order to better serve you, to allow us to better
service you in responding to your customer service requests, to administer a contest, promotion,
survey or other site feature, to quickly process your transactions, to send periodic emails regarding
your order or other products and services, or to ask you for a customer service review.

(c) If the Company processes Personal Data with the Subscriber’s consent, the Subscriber may
withdraw their consent at any time.
4. Sharing of Personal Data.
(a) The Subscriber acknowledges that the Company may share the Subscriber’s Personal Data with
its group companies and third-party service providers to offer the Subscriber the Company’s Service(s) and/or send information or updates about the Service(s).
(b) When the Company processes the Subscriber’s order, it may send the Subscriber’s Personal Data and use the resulting information from credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
(c) The Company shares Personal Data in the following instances:
The Company does not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties. This does not include
website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our
business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. The
Company may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with

The Company believes that it is especially important to protect children’s privacy online. We do not
knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of sixteen, regardless of the
source. Nor do we share with any third party for any purpose whatsoever Personal Information from
website visitors younger than sixteen years of age. If you are under the age of sixteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. We do not specifically market to
children under the age of sixteen.
